So glad I didn't pre-buy and pre-load at full price.
Open your mind, pal. Most artists say some pretty weird and worrying stuff from time to time.
Amazed at some of these deals so close to release date, especially since they're physical rather than serial key resale.
Almost rude not to. Wish I had the time to play this!
But... but... the Wii U has no games!
That's what people keep telling me, anyway. Don't have time to listen as I'm too busy playing all the great games on Wii U.
It annoys me that companies shove this stuff in for no reason. Why couldn't The Crew have had offline play and online freeroam? Why do publishers shove in features that the game actually doesn't need, then blame literally everyone else when their servers aren't up to snuff?!
Ghost Games have the talent, a bunch of them are ex-Criterion. Whether they have the right idea/direction for the franchise is another thing entirely.
TBH I don't really care about NFS, though. Gimme more BurnOut, please.
That'd be great, actually, especially if they staggered the betas and offered unique unlockable cosmetic items in the full game for testers. Everybody wins.
Sorry, but the backpedalling was pretty suspect. "Legacy platform" is rarely used in that context.
It's clear you didn't even read the text, let alone the article. They're highly complimentary about Nintendo, the title is referring to revealing the NX next year.
At least there's decent singleplayer! Will be useful if there are launch server issues.
Especially if they could tie it in with LEGO Dimensions' toys.
Been waiting for this. Might tempt me away from The Secret World.
It's a duplicate post: http://n4g.com/news/1731491...
And the video isn't even embedded.
I really can't wait for this show. Will be really interesting to see what Sony roll out - surely there'll be some big reveals.
Good haul overall. MGS GZ, but I'm more excited about some of those smaller titles, especially on PS3.
Wait, what?
1) There's no mention of the Lighthouse, but beyond that, seems pretty much there. A review is a review, not an FAQ or exhaustive feature list.
2) The same author wrote a piece about how great Destiny is called "it's time you gave Destiny another chance" that's directly linked in the *first three words* of the review. Oh, and those first three words are "I love Destiny." Stop trying to insinuate that anyone who dare...
That's some fine strawmanning there, but nope. Just a selection of quotes from the article:
"I love Destiny."
"So it's a good thing that House Of Wolves is so much fun, then."
"House Of Wolves revitalises the Destiny experience."
But here's the kicker:
"Even if I can't stop playing Destiny, I can't recommend buying the latest expansion in good conscience ...
I agree wholeheartedly, but feel like I should point out that Destiny ain't an MMORPG. It apes surface-level terminology like "raids" but doesn't deliver the actual substance.
It's an FPS with instanced social areas, conventional co-op and conventional competitive multiplayer.
On a basic level I actually agree. Mattrick's sluggish Microsoft is gone and a more dynamic game-focused Microsoft is taking its place, focusing on new IP and big partnerships. I feel like we're getting back to the early days of the 360 and that can only be a good thing.
